Delete your Wize account

In Wize, open Settings → Delete My Account. Confirm using your password. Wait for the result: a failed request does not mean deletion is complete.

If you cannot access the app or deletion failed, email info@smartsidea.com from the email associated with your Wize account. Ask to delete your Wize account and associated data. We may verify ownership. Never send your password, bank messages, card details or connection token.

• Cleanup removes your account profile, financial records, saved progress, bank-message connections and drafts, uploaded profile/receipt files, support tickets and per-account service counters.
• A minimal account identifier and deletion status/timestamps are retained to block old login sessions and track incomplete cleanup. These records do not contain your financial history or message text. Operational service logs are separate from the account records.
• Disable any Wize automation in Apple Shortcuts as well. Copies you saved outside Wize are not removed by deleting your account.
