Nature of Service

WIZE supports you in managing your finances and improving awareness. It is NOT a financial or investment advisory entity and does not provide binding recommendations.

Intellectual Property

All IP rights related to WIZE — software, design, content, logos, icons — are owned by or licensed to WIZE.

Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, modifying, or publishing any part of the app without written consent
• Reverse engineering or extracting source code
• Replicating the business model for commercial purposes

Limited License

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

User Representations

• Submitted information is accurate and up to date
• I have full legal capacity
• I will only use the app for lawful purposes
• Financial decisions remain my sole responsibility

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIZE shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, financial losses, interruptions, or data loss resulting from use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, with jurisdiction in Kuwaiti courts.
